We will take action, where necessary, to ensure the constitutional rights of all Americans.

Yes. We will take action, where necessary, to ensure the constitutional rights of all Americans.

However, we believe that the most effective, long-term solution to the problem of discrimination is not through legislation, but through effective education that expands comprehension and overcomes intolerance, prejudice, and bigotry born of narrow mindedness.
