Protecting A Woman's Right To Choose
Early in my career, I wrestled with the question of federal funding for abortions...
...which was addressed in the Hyde Amendment. Since then, I have talked to many women and concluded that lower-income women deserve the same constitutional right to safe, legal abortions that more affluent women have. I strongly support a woman's right to choose and will continue to support that right as president.
