Fred Cate is Professor of Law at Maurer School of Law. He has been an Associate of the Markle Task Force since 2006. He has contributed to the following reports produced by the Task Force: Mobilizing Information to Prevent Terrorism in 2006 and Nation at Risk in 2009.
