Markle's Chief of Research, Stefaan Verhulst, participates on the working group ‘Challenges of Cyberspace Research’ at this public forum focusing on addressing the challenges of balancing cyber security with respect for democracy, governance, and human rights, and the preservation of cyberspace as an open commons.  The dialogue features debates and facilitated conversations that will grapple with the hard questions presented by the new commons of cyberspace.
