individuals facing serious medical problems who desperately seek the medical information and resources scattered across the Internet. This group primarily consists of patients, caregivers and family members.

This report discusses the problem online health users face due to the overwhelming number of listings provided by search engines and how this is affecting proper information reaching the public.
