The Connecting for Health Collaborative

Over the years, experts from more than 200 public and private organizations have served on Connecting for Health Working Groups to grapple with the hard issues within each phase of work. Each organization has provided representation for either the Connecting for Health Steering Group or the content-specific Working Groups.
