Thanks to an innovative public-private partnership, people can start searching for jobs in a better way. Maricopa County, the Markle Foundation, LinkedIn, and Arizona State University have teamed up with community partners to launch Skillful.
The centerpiece of the initiative is a new website, www.skillful.com, which allows people to search for jobs by skills, rather than only tasks and degree requirements.
