In testimony to Subcommittee on National Security, Emerging Threats, and International Relations of the House Committee on Government Reform, the Markle Task Force promotes the use of technology to overcome overclassification.  In particular, the task force recommends the Share Network, which encourages reports that contain the maximum possible amount of sharable information. In addition to this network, the task force suggests the use of screening tools, “reputation meters,” and audit technology.
