After seven years of exceptional leadership at the Markle Foundation, President Beth Cobert has informed the Board of Directors that she intends to leave the Foundation on February 9, 2024. The Board has announced that it has begun its search for a new President, and that Ellen V. Futter, former President of the American Museum of Natural History and of Barnard College, will serve as Markle’s Interim President.
